These folks have managed our property for a number of years always with the best results. When the house needed some improvements, Jorge tracked down a contractor - no easy task due to the COVID shut down. He then secured a bid from another contractor in the following year because he remembered there was more worked we wanted to see done. Very responsive. Highly recommend.

Many things were broken or not working. I moved in without hot water for 4 days it was miserable to move and not be able to shower after. I was told I didn’t need a parking pass, but then found out if I didn’t buy one asap I would be booted. No one gave me info on who to buy one from. No one gave me a link to HOA info. I had to google search to even find what it was called. I was told I would be given the key code so I could get the key out on move in day. But no one gave me the code. Luckily I had it from when I looked at the property. I have found piles of dirt and dust under cabinets on the floor and on all chair railings and baseboards. The windows are extremely dirty and I'm unable to wash the outside. The dishwasher is full of grime and hard water. All faucets are full of hard water build up. I cleaned one because it was spraying sideways. I’ve made so many calls I don’t want to call maintenance again. I can tell someone painted before I moved in. There is paint splatters on the kitchen and bathroom floor, and the bathroom sink had a big paint blob in it. Im happy here. But the move in was less than ok.

We are coming up to the end of our lease and I had emailed Amanda B. about the renewal and even though it was on a Saturday she still answered my questions and promised to send me further information on Monday. With just a couple of hours of them opening up she had reached out to me with the information I had requested. My husband and I have been very happy with Amanda and Jacob Grant and would recommend their company.

She quickly helped organize the renovation needs and was always will to update us over the mitigation and renovation process.
