Meet The Team

The people on our property management team are our strongest asset to tenants and owners. Our human resources philosophies include a team approach to solving tenant and property problems and taking credit for our success in managing properties. We continue to grow and seek excellence in providing the best tenant services and management in Idaho Falls, Pocatello and surrounding areas through training and continuing education in property management.

I can be found greeting tenants, answering phone calls, giving information about our listings, as well as putting leases together. My time is spent giving tenants and future tenants all the resources they need to have a great experience with Jacob Grant Property Management.

My free time is usually spend with my family or my basset hound Bazzle. I enjoy learning, especially if it involves history or science. Some of my hobbies include fishing, camping, sewing, reading, and sending snail mail. Having spent the last several years on the east coast, it is good to be back among the great citizens of Idaho Falls.

I’m Matt Mariano and I handle email support for the team. I schedule showings for prospective applicants and do application reviews as well. In between, I managed and monitor our website and marketing through craigslist.

A little about me is that I’m a daddy of 2 wonderful kids. I do spend a lot of my weekends with them, watching movies or going to the mall. In my free time, I also love playing basketball with my friends.

Victor is our team leader, In addition, Victor manages all owner/investor services. This includes managing the day to day communication with vendors and owners in order to manage above limit maintenance and turnover services. As a team leader, he also manages staff services and support. Vic received his realtor license and helps current investors and future investors using the Jacob Grant Portfolio Builder program to find real estate investments.

Personal: Victor enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and 3 children playing sports, watching sporting events, and playing games. He grew up in the Twin Falls area and is excited to be able to raise his family in Idaho Falls.

Whitney Resident Manager

Whitney manages resident services within the office. Some of the services include scheduling showings for vacant homes and apartments and application review services. You might see her putting a lease together, answering questions for a resident or receiving a work order.

Personal: I love being outdoors, especially in the summer. I have an energetic son who accompanies me on my many adventures, especially riding our four wheelers in the mud! I enjoy listening to music, spending time with others, and laughing hysterically.

Jorge resident manager

Jorge manages resident service requests. This includes troubleshooting service requests over the phone (minimize maintenance expense), coordinating with vendors, and coordinating with residents that request the service items. In addition, he manages on-site management services for the properties. This includes move in inspection reports, photo and video property marketing, and followup with lease violations.

About Me………
I have been with Jacob Grant Property Management for 5 years. Starting with tenant support,
marketing, accounting and owner communication. Over the years as our business has grown my
responsibility has changed. Currently I am responsible for all accounting and owner
disbursements, as well as cultivating in-bound new owner requests. I enjoy meeting prospective new
owners and sharing our Jacob Grant culture and how we can maximize their rental margins.
In the fourth quarter of 2015 I retired and now work part time.
Personal: I am spending my free time with family
and friends. I have one son; he lives in Whitefish Montana with his wife, Amanda and their son Owen,
who is the light of my eye!
I enjoy taking walks with my Lab Lucy, reading and quilting.
