Move in & Deposit Details Breakdown

  1. Pre move in carpet clean ensures your carpets are professionally cleaned prior to moving in – $45/room, $25/hallway, $2/stair
  2. Pre-move in housekeeping ensures your home is cleaned before you move in – $80 for apartment under 1000sqft. $160 for house or apartment over 1000sqft.
  3. Pre-move in rekey and paint touchup gives you the confidence that the previous resident does not have a key to your home and all touch up painting is complete prior to your move in – $55 for apartment $75 for house.
  4. Lease initiation pays for the administrative service to prepare, organize and document the move in process $150.
  5. Video inspection. This service provides you with a thumb drive that includes a move in condition video documentation. This protects you in the case of property sale or transferring to another property manager $100.
  6. Refundable security deposit – 30-40% of total move in charge. This will be detailed in your lease agreement.

Recurring Charges

  1. Rent. This will be noted on the listing page and in your lease agreement.
  2. Utilities, HOA, internet, and pet inspection. These charges will be noted on the listing page and on your lease agreement.
  3. Paper processing fee – $31/month. This is an optional fee. If you want to pay it, do nothing. If you don’t want to pay, do the following:
    1. Setup online autopay through your portal.
    2. Send email to noting that you would like to have it removed.
    3. Verify the following month that the recurring charge has been removed.
