Maintenance Request

Before requesting a work order please check out our maintenance faq >>.  Some maintenance items on a rental home, are the responsibility of the tenant.  Examples include moisture management, changing a furnace filter, tripping breakers, resetting GFCI receptacles, and any other damage caused by a tenant.  If a service call is made and the problem is a tenant responsibility, the tenant will be charged at the regular service rate.  If you troubleshoot the problem, and are unable to repair, put in a work order as quickly as possible, so we can get a repair person to take care of it quickly.

Notice to Move Out

We definitely don’t want to lose you, but if you must move of your rental home, give 30 days notice so you can get your security deposit refund.  More move out information >>
