Property manager is accessible, responsive, and friendly. Jacob Grant Property Management has a great team to address any issues that come up with the property that need to be fixed. They also have a great maintenance program and send a thorough report with pictures to your email. The report gives me the needed assurance that my property is being properly cared for.

I've had a great experience investing through Jacob Grant. I get regular updates on how things are going that are complete and thorough. They are looking at the long term through their expertise. I've been investing with them for around 3 years.

They are not bad, during construction had a few problems that was taken care of. Answered all my questions and gave me a time line.

A little pricey but not bad. Maintenance hasn't been the most timely. Also some leftover issues from the renovation when we moved in.

I’ve only been here a month but I love it so far. My only dislike is the snow removal. The roundabout gets a little iffy and winter has just begun.

The apartment was incredibly clean and far better than the preview suggested, with new floors added before my arrival. Cate and Trinity have been fantastic with customer service and have easily answered any questions or concerns I’ve had. So far my experience renting from Jacob Grant has been one of the best.

Cate was awesome to work with, it was a very quick process getting me and my boyfriend into our apartment. She was very willing to answer any questions I had. The only issue I had was submitting all of the pictures of the apartment showing all the flaws. As a working couple getting all of those pictures submitted within a three day span and all of those days being week days we were not able to get all of the flaws submitted and we will now be charged for those flaws that were already there when we moved in we just now can’t submit those pictures to show the we’re already there when moving in
