Online Rental Payment

In an effort to provide the best Property Management service in Idaho Falls, we provide many options to pay rent.  We offer FREE online rent pay.  Jacobgrant also offers the ability to pay rent with a credit card.  The saved money on your late fee easily justifies paying the small credit card fee.

Free Rent Payment Option >>

1. Pay with checking account through your online portal (ACH).  Login and follow the steps for a one time payment or recurring payments (enable popups).  Please note that paylease also offers an ACH option but there will be a $2.45 fee.  You must click “Free Rent Payment Option” above for the free option.
2. Mail or drop off a check.
3. Mail or drop off a money order.
