We were so fortunate to find Jacob Grant Property Management.
We are currently living in West Virginia and have a home in Idaho Falls.
The stress, worry, frustration and hardship of taking care of our home
across the country was not working for us. We were always getting calls
that something needed done, or the heater wasn’t working right, or how much
fertilizer should the tenants put on the lawn. Because we lived across
the country, we knew we needed someone to manage our property. We
